Recently, Conner Architecture was granted a merit award from the Association of Licensed Architects for their design of the Orthopaedic Associates medical office building located in Newburgh, Indiana.

From traditional to contemporary building requirements for churches and their extended campuses can vary greatly among denominations and individual congregations. Conner Architecture, over the years, has worked diligently to build relationships with each of our ecclesiastical clients – relationships that have led to a greater understanding of their individual organizations. Banks & Credit Unions
Carl J. Conner II, principal of Conner Architecture, has spent more than 20 years developing his experience in site selection, design and construction of branch banking facilities, administrative offices and operational centers. His impressive portfolio includes work for banks such as Fifth Third and Integra as well as a very innovative design for Heritage Federal Credit Union. Carl’s design for the Heritage Federal Administrative Offices earned Conner Architecture a Silver Design Award for 2009 from the Association of Licensed Architects.
Long-term Care
There is more to successful long-term care project than just creating a dignified design for its residents - much more. It’s also about Building Codes, Health Department rules, regulations and inspections. It’s about condensed, safe and coordinated construction schedules. It’s about staying on time and on budget. Conner Architecture has spent many years gaining the experience and trust needed to negotiate the approval process and to balance design with budget. We have completed numerous additions and renovations for some of the Midwest’s largest long-term care corporations.
