This 3,600-g.s.f. facility includes three teller lanes and one ATM, all with covered drive-through access. The French Country design complements the residential community and appeals to the fashionable taste of the local clientele. The 45-degree rotation of the plan maximizes roadway visibility and allows for adequate traffic flow in an otherwise restrictive area. As a result of excellent construction documents and quality construction administration, the final cost of the project was under budget.
