Conner Architecture defined multiple user needs and developed the optimal solution through a systematic approach to programming, taking into consideration function, form, economy, and time. The contemporary design utilizes zinc metal panels, a sloped glass-curtain wall and exposed structural steel canopies. The completion of the 35,000-g.s.f. facility is scheduled for fall of 2008.
